欢迎使用 PawsRec。下载、安装或使用本 App 即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 服务说明

PawsRec 是一款帮助宠物主人记录与回顾宠物健康数据的工具，提供印章记录、排泄手绘、体重记录、关联分析、报告导出与可选的云同步、多人协作功能。

2. 重要医疗免责声明

PawsRec 不是医疗设备，也不提供兽医或医疗建议。App 中的尺寸测量、关联分析（含 Phi 系数）等仅为辅助记录与观察工具，相关不等于因果。任何关于你宠物健康的决定都应咨询有执业资格的兽医。我们不对依据本 App 内容作出的判断承担责任。

3. 订阅与购买（PawsRec Pro）

Pro 提供月度订阅、年度订阅及一次性买断（终身）三种方案。
付款在确认购买时由你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
订阅会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。
续订费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
购买后可在 iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消。
如提供免费试用，未使用的部分将在你购买订阅时失效。
退款由 Apple 依据 App Store 政策处理。

4. 你的内容

你录入的所有数据归你所有。你需对自己录入内容的合法性负责。开启同步功能即表示你授权我们为提供同步与协作服务而存储和处理这些数据（详见隐私政策）。

5. 可接受使用

你同意不对本 App 进行逆向工程、滥用、干扰其正常运行，或将其用于任何非法用途。

6. 服务可用性

本 App 按「现状」提供。我们会尽力维持服务稳定，但不保证服务不中断或无错误。我们可能更新、变更或停止部分功能。

7. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，PawsRec 不对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

8. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款。继续使用本 App 即视为接受更新后的条款。

Welcome to PawsRec. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PawsRec is a tool that helps pet owners log and review their pet's health data, offering stamp logging, excretion drawing, weight tracking, correlation analysis, report export, and optional cloud sync and family co-care.

2. Important medical disclaimer

PawsRec is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary or medical advice. Measurements, correlation analysis (including the Phi coefficient), and similar features are logging and observation aids only — correlation does not imply causation. Any decision about your pet's health should be made in consultation with a licensed veterinarian. We are not liable for decisions made based on the app's content.

3. Subscriptions & purchases (PawsRec Pro)

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

4. Your content

All data you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you enter. By enabling sync, you authorize us to store and process that data to provide sync and collaboration features (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, abuse, or interfere with the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and may update, change, or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawsRec is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
