我的数据存在哪里？换手机会丢吗？Where is my data stored? Will I lose it on a new phone?

数据默认存在你的设备本地。登录并开启云同步后，会加密备份到云端，换设备登录同一账号即可恢复。 Data lives locally on your device by default. Once you sign in and enable cloud sync, it's backed up encrypted and restores when you sign in on another device.

免费版和 Pro 有什么区别？What's the difference between Free and Pro?

免费版可记录 1 只宠物，印章、多人协作、云同步、完整历史都不限。Pro 解锁无限宠物、时移关联分析和 PDF 报告导出。 Free covers 1 pet — stamps, family co-care, cloud sync, and full history all unlimited. Pro unlocks unlimited pets, time-shift analysis, and PDF export.

怎么取消订阅？How do I cancel my subscription?

订阅由 Apple 管理。打开 iPhone「设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅 → PawsRec」即可取消。取消后当前周期结束前仍可使用 Pro。 Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PawsRec to cancel. Pro stays active until the current period ends.

尿团 / 便便的真实尺寸准吗？How accurate is the life-size pee/poop drawing?

App 通过机型识别屏幕 PPI 自动按 1:1 还原，无需校准。它是辅助记录工具，便于你观察变化趋势，不作为精密测量或医疗诊断依据。 The app auto-renders at 1:1 using your device's screen PPI — no calibration needed. It's a logging aid for spotting trends, not a precise measurement or medical diagnosis.

怎么和家人共享同一只宠物？How do I share a pet with my family?

在宠物档案里点「共享」生成邀请，家人接受后即可共同记录，数据实时同步。该功能需要 Pro。 Open the pet profile, tap Share to create an invite. Once accepted, you both log to the same pet with real-time sync. Requires Pro.

导出的 PDF 报告包含什么？What's in the exported PDF report?

包含所选时间段内的全部记录：饮食、饮水、用药、体重、排泄和异常事件，按日整理，方便兽医复诊时查看。 All records for the chosen date range — food, water, meds, weight, excretion and events — organized by day for your vet visit.

支持哪些设备和系统？Which devices and iOS versions are supported?

支持运行 iOS 17 及以上的 iPhone 与 iPad。 iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.
